At the Body Shop, we believe in making small and gradual lifestyle changes with result that you can see and feel. Our downloadable programs  are perfect for getting your feet wet or for those who are self-motivated.  Once purchased, we will email you the complete guide to your program

Our programs can be done in any order. However, we do have an order that we recommend (see below).

 If you find you need more support and accountability please consider joining a group program or private sessions where we will be available to answer all of your questions.

Please Note: Body Shop always recommends that our clients meet with us one-on-one for an Initial Health Consultation so we can identify your specific health goals and areas that are challenging for you.  

Initial Health Consultation: $30

Every body is different. We have different strength and we face different challenges This initial meeting is to identify what YOUR body needs and set your health goals. We waive the consultation fee if you sign up for a 12 week program with either Molly or Robyn.

Our consultations are 30 minutes and at the location of your choice. Prior to meeting, we will email you our Intake form to fill out to help us to get to know you and your current health condition.
