1 cup natural, no sugar added peanut butter
½ cup sweetener, suggest monk fruit or swerve granular sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350.
Stir all ingredients with fork until fully blended.
Form into 1 inch balls. Press gently with fork.
Bake on parchment lined baking sheet 10-12 minutes just until beginning to brown on bottom. Cool completely.
