Lamb Loaf with Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients (Loaf)
1 pounds ground lamb
1 pound ground beef
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
3 Tablespoon dried onion
1 Tablespoon marjoram
1 Tablespoon rosemary
1 Tablespoon oregano
2 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Heat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
Process in food processor lamb, beef and spices until fine paste.
Spread mixture into a glass baking dish (I use 7” X 11”) lined with parchment paper and press down evenly and firmly.
Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for 30 minutes.
Slice thinly and broil for 2 minutes each side.

Ingredients (Sauce)
1 can coconut cream
4 cloves garlic
½ cup fresh dill
Juice from 2 limes
½ Cup seeded & peeled cucumber
1 Tablespoon coconut vinegar
Tzatziki Sauce
Mix all ingredients together
and blend until smooth.
Serve with lamb loaf.
