Egg Bake


  • 1-pound cooked breakfast sausage or bacon

  • 15 eggs

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 8 oz cream cheese (optional but if you don’t use- reduce baking time by 5 minutes)


Place bacon/sausage/or combination in baking dish.

Blend in a blender eggs, cream cheese and bell pepper in blender and pour over breakfast meats.

Place baking dish (9X11) into larger baking dish and fill bottom dish with water.

Bake 350 degrees for 25-28 minutes (center should be firm but do not overbake)

Cut and portion into 9 servings. Refrigerate and reheat before serving. 

Feel free to experiment with different veggies and meats.
