4 TBSP butter
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
6 TBSP cocoa powder
6 TBSP powdered monk fruit or your sweetener of choice.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter on stovetop or microwave.
Whisk in eggs and vanilla add cocoa powder and monk fruit.
Whisk until mixed.
Place in 24 mini brownie silicone baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
