Chia Pudding


2 tablespoons chia seeds

½ cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk

1-2 drops of stevia (or sweetener of choice)

1 scoop of collagen (optional)

Raspberries or blueberries (optional)


1.Place all ingredients (minus the fruit) into jar and mix well.

2.Let mixture settle and mix again until there are no clumps.

3.Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or least 3 hours.

4.When ready to eat- top with fruit.

These can be made ahead and stay in the refrigerator for a week. Easy grab and go breakfast. Being prepared is key to success.
