Baked Chicken Wings


24 chicken wings

2 tablespoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons garlic powder

Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 450°F

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat wings dry with paper towels, removing as much moisture as possible.

Transfer wings to large Ziploc bag. Combine baking powder, garlic, salt & pepper and add to to wings.

Toss until evenly coated.

Arrange wings in single layer on baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes, flip and bake for additional 30 minutes (until golden brown).

Add favorite sauce and enjoy.
