Body Shop Gives Back
When Molly and Robyn began the Body Shop in 2019, their whole motivation was to serve others. They saw a need in the medical fields where they worked, and knew that they could make a difference in the lives of others by sharing. But promoting physical health is not the only way they choose to serve others.
"Team Sophie" and "Like Mike" are two local RVA non-profits that The Body Shop supports.
We Rally Together!
Meet Sophie; a 26-year-old local girl born and raised in Dinwiddie County. She is newly engaged, just bought her first home, and is fulfilling her life long dream of serving others through her work as a nurse.
Sophie is also battling Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE), a rare vascular tumor with only only one in every one million people diagnosed worldwide. Body Shop is a part of "Sophie's Squad", s group of friends who are dedicated to helping this remarkable young women pay for her treatment through fundraising and online donations.
If you would like to know more about "Team Sophie", please contact the Body Shop or email email@example.com.
There are no upcoming events scheduled for "Team Sophie" or "Be Like Mike" at this time.
Please check back again soon for updates on these two wonderful causes.
Be Like Mike

Virginia State Police Special Agent Mike Walter was an undercover agent that was tragically killed May 27, 2017 while attempting to get illegal guns and drugs off the street. Mike's legacy lives on in his community. He was a beloved father, son, husband, coach, mentor and friend to so many. We at Body Shop see the importance of continuing his legacy and challenge each of you to live to your fullest potential and #belikemike.
