Some people are great working out on their own, while others could really use a little more help. But before you dive in, Body Shop strongly recommends a 30 minute Initial Consultation ($30)- waived if you sign up for 12 week program with Molly or Robyn to assess your overall health and fitness goals.  Once those are established, you have two options moving forward:  

  • 1-on-1 Programs

  • Group Workshop

1-on-1 programs help you identify your very personal and psychological issues  with your health.  Robyn or Molly will meet you at the location of your choice to begin your lifestyle change. These sessions tend to be emotional as we work through your personal health struggles. We identify why you are where you are, why you want and need to change, and how we will get you there.

Group Workshops are 12-weeks of intensive education and weekly challenges. These workshops will provide nutritional education, cooking demonstrations, meal prep, learn how to eat out, body movement, and you will learn how to achieve metabolic flexibility. Group sizes are recommended to be around 10-12 people who are all committed to keeping each other accountable and working through the challenges together to obtain a healthy lifestyle. Body Shop believes that a support system is vital to success. With Group Workshops, you create your own tribe or join one of ours.
